Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within three to five days, except for items made to order, which will ship within 15 days.

To complete your return:
Please email us at pronto@booalalmode.com to notify us of your return
Await approval from a member of our team before proceeding with the return
Pack the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase
Put the BOO A LA MODE box in the mailing/brown box
Stick the DHL label that was included in your order on the mailing/brown box
Find your nearest DHL drop-off point or arrange for a collection: https://locator.dhl.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at pronto@booalalmode.com and send your item with the DHL label that was included in your order.
